Job Description:
- Monitor for dealer compliance with Audi processes and procedures, providing training and counsel when needed
- Counsel and advise dealer on warranty processes and actively control warranty costs
- “Sets strategic approach to identify and pursue growth opportunities and holds
their direct and dotted line teams accountable for the execution” - Keep an eye on the after sales feedback and monitor customer satisfaction or complaints; record after sales calls for thorough data analysis.
- Register, follow-up, solve and respond to customer requests, complaints and after-sales services.
