Job Description:

  • Manage and lead the team to achieve performance target.
  • Streamline and enhance work efficiency, improve team work flow and make sure the team function well.
  • Organize the team to share views and thoughts on a regular basis aiming to train the team by case study.
  • Consulate the team and be inspirational.
  • Handle the complaint in a professional manner.
  • Team management and other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree and above; Major in finance, economics, business management preferred.
  • Over 2 years collection managerial experience is a MUST.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, logical and organized.
  • Working hours: 9:00-18:30 on scheduling
  • 6-8 days off per month
