Job Description:
- Assists in the day to day tasks of the human resources department by providing administrative support to various HR functions such as but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits processing, and regulatory compliance.
- In charge of timekeeping and maintenance of proper and complete records of employee attendance and leaves.
- Respond to inquiries from employees.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree. At least two years’ work experience in the administration department working remotely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferred skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 app suite.
- Able and willing to go to extreme measures in order to achieve the best outcome for their projects The ability to multitask, as they often work on several tasks simultaneously
