Job Description:
- Responsible for preliminary market research, formulation of marketing plans, formulation of market plans and leading the implementation.
- Responsible for formulating sales plans and completing annual, quarterly and monthly sales tasks.
- Responsible for expanding and establishing a Hongyue brand product dealer network within the jurisdiction and maintaining and managing it.
- Responsible for expanding the OEM buyers in the jurisdiction to establish cooperative relations with them and do a good job in maintenance management.
- Continuously optimize and improve product structure and new product research and development according to market conditions and customer needs to ensure product competitiveness.
- Responsible for organizing, planning and implementing brand promotion and various advertising campaigns to continuously enhance brand influence.
- Responsible for the research and feedback of competitive product information, so that the company can formulate suitable market strategies and better meet customer needs.
- Responsible for the daily management and training of sales personnel within the jurisdiction.
